Rufina Djo-Principal

I first started working in Real Estate in 1989 in China Town as a front desk receptionist, and enjoyed dealing with customers, then I began studying real estate part time 3 nights a week at North Sydney Tafe.

In the meantime I have moved into Property Management; Accounts Department that's when I really liked real estate and just loved Property Management.

I still remember to this day my Senior Property Manager Janette always told me that I would be good at sales, then in 1992 I was offered a position in sales for Pioneer Homes selling medium density projects on site. In 1994 the company was sold and its became Divine Homes. All the medium density projects were contracted out to Warren 1st National in Bankstown, so I was part of the transfer until 1997 when Divine decided not to build any more project homes. I then had some time off, then in the begining of 1998 I was offered a sales position, selling contract (off plan) homes in Erina on the Central Coast in a display home for Pioneer Homes while living in Minchinbury. At the end of October 1998 Wincrest Homes in Parramatta offered me a sales position at Menai selling medium density project homes on site and contract sales.

A R Real Estate started from home in Minchinbury. Towards the end of 2003 our home was getting too small, we moved from Minchinbury to a shop in Prospect and starting building up our sales and property management.

Now in our own shop I am excited with the new challenge ahead of me, and really looking forward to being part of Wiseberry and to offering top professional services to all our valued clients.


Cesar Ordona-Sales Consultant

Before joining Wiseberry, I was in Telecommunication Engineering Industry. My background is essentially in electro – mechanical field, however, I have a passion in Real Estate as I came from a family of Real Estate investors .

My decision to shift career into Real Estate is the most challenging move I have done . In this career I came into realization, that it is not just sales nor property management but more of an involvement into somebody else lives, being instrumental in people’s plans, dreams and goals. Not just a job/career, but a lifestyle.

I would like to thank Wiseberry Management especially to Adam and Rufina in giving me the chance to have this experience, where I discover that personal growth is limitless.. That in the middle of difficulty, lies an opportunity .


Shaktika Singh-Sales Consultant

Recently I migrated to Australia from New Zealand, just over a year ago. I speak fluent English as well as Hindi and Urdu. I have worked in Property Management for over 6 years and also worked as a Call Centre Representative for just over 2 years.

I graduated in Business Admin and also in March 2009 graduated from Viking College, studying Professional Sales. In total I have over ten years experience in customer service. I also hold outstanding communication skills and listening skills and most importantly I am an approachable person. I am friendly, dedicated and love to help people make their dreams come true.

I believe having a “can do attitude” is very important as it is the key to success.


Amy Honeysett-Reception

I have recently joined the Wiseberry AR team and throughout my time here I have thoroughly enjoyed the possibilities that have been made available to communicate and interact with customers/clients and to work within a confident and conscientious team dynamic.
Prior to joining the team I was employed within the customer service industry for 11 years, 5 of those in the hospitality sector and as a result of this I have a vast amount of experience in customer/client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction. I have recently completed a Bachelor degree at the University of Western Sydney which focused on building and experiencing a practical knowledge of management and management processes, in particular those that are useful within the business environment. My decision to change my career choice to one within the real estate industry was borne of my interest and fascination with the industry and I found that Wiseberry had the sort of outlook and team environment that made it the best place to start my career. I am currently completing my traineeship whilst also building and experiencing a practical based knowledge of the industry in both sectors of sales and property management.
I am a friendly, outgoing and approachable person and when I am not working you can usually find me with me with family, friends, playing soccer or more often than not reading a book. I look forward to helping you with your queries and enquiries in any way possible.
