The Limousine

Hi! I am the Wiseberry Heritage Limousine, and my role in our company is to transport our special clients of the past and present, and provide them with the ULTIMATE in Real Estate service.

There are 2 main ideas why the team at Wiseberry Heritage - Gorokan have invited me into their team:
1 - Buying Real Estate is a massive experience for their clients and can be very daunting, so the team figured that if they were going to do something, they might as well do it right and make it a truly wonderful experience for their clients.
2 - They wanted to say thank you to their past clients for their continued support. They have a fabulous client loyalty program called HELP - Heritage Elite Loyalty Program, and they have used this program for years to work with local businesses who are prepared to give their clients special discounts off their products or services. Wiseberry Heritage Real Estate then decided that I would be another great way to thank their clients for their loyalty.

A little bit about myself... Before I moved to Gorokan and joined the team here at Wiseberry Heritage, I was based in the Blue Mountains and was used to transport around a lot of famous people, and have had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic people including Silverchair, Powderfinger, and also some of the contestants from Australian Idol!

Since my move to Gorokan on the Sunny Central Coast, I have enjoyed the lovely people of the area and often get lots of people looking my way in amazement. From the outside I am sleek and stylish, and this continues through to my beautiful interior. Some of my features include tinted windows for privacy, a lovely sunroof, beautiful leather seats, drinks cooler along with glasses, a DVD player with 2 screens in the rear, classy lights inside and out that look amazing at night time, and an awesome sound system that can accomodate for any occasion.

If you would like more information on me, please feel free to call the office at any time on 4393 3922 and you can speak with one of my friendly colleagues.

Born and bred on the Central Coast, Darin's career in Real Estate began in 1992 and during the past 16 years has developed into one of the most sought after Real Estate professionals in Australia. With 111 Sales personally in 2008, you can understand why he is in such high demand. Darin’s ability to negotiate, which is second to none, combined with the brilliant team at Wiseberry Heritage, signifies that "listing your home for sale with Darin, generally means that your home will sell".

Darin is happily married to his wife Renee and has two wonderful children - Toby (9) and Aimee (6). Being a proud family man adds impact to the pride Darin takes in his involvement of this community. A life member of Kanwal Football Club (over 30 years), Darin has also been named First Grade Coach for 2009.

Darin is the Principal and owner of both Wiseberry Heritage Real Estate and Heritage Asset Management, oth located in Gorokan and believes that both companies' success stems from the outstanding support of our local community - for which he says "Thankyou".

“Our culture is what we believe - that you are either improving or going backwards. We will continue to upgrade and develop; constantly making changes to our systems and training so we can not only out perform our competitors but also offer you the very best in service that Real Estate has to offer."

Having lived on the Central Coast for most my life has been very rewarding. I attended the local schools and then began my working career in Conveyancing at Gosford. I have made many friends within this time and some valuable contacts within the industry. I am currently enjoying a balanced life between working, spending time with my husband Darin and our two children Toby and Aimee. I also enjoy playing sport locally for Kanwal Soccer Club and Kanwal Netball Club.

Working within our Customer Care Department is a fantastic sector of the company. It is my job to ensure everyone who is in contact with Wiseberry Heritage gets the best service possible. Referral business and past clients is the highest compliment our company can receive. At Wiseberry Heritage Customer Care is about exceeding the ultimate service expectations of all our clients, customers, family members and friends by delivering a superior service that completes the full Wisberry Heritage circle and make our connections firm for life.

Our focus is people, we must listen to their needs, design and improve our systems for our customers and the team alike. Client satisfaction is the key; and we never take criticism to heart, we see it as a form of improvement. We must look and plan ahead, whilst concentrating on today and never forgetting past lessons learnt.

Living on the Central Coast and being a part of Real Estate for more than 30 years, I have witnessed many highs and lows in the market. Prices no doubt will continue to change, but being able to assist young families in creating wealth for their future has, does and continues to give me pride in my role.

We (my son Darin, my wife Tricia, and I) opened this family business in 1994 and have watched it grow from a single office to now two offices on the coast. Having been acknowledged throughout Australia by winning over 100 awards, we are ecstatic that our business has achieved so much.

In 2002, Tricia and I sold the business to Darin and his wife Renee - but we still have active roles in the business and support the new & innovative ideas that have been brought to the company.

I feel everyday as though I've won the lottery - having a fulfilling job which I love and a family that brings me great joy with many rewards. I do have a few interests outside of Real Estate including travel (especially in my caravan) and fishing when I can find the time.

Heritage Real Estate has now joined forces with Wiseberry technology and are aiming to raise the bar for Real Estate. With modern technology, and our continued dedication to our clients, we look forward to further establishing the company as market leaders in the industry.

Tricia Butcher - COMPANY FOUNDER

I have lived in our local area for 30+ years and have been involved in the Real Estate industry for many years. Prior to that, I came from the banking sector, which I believe has given me very useful experience and knowledge that I did utilise in my role as Office Manager for Wiseberry Heritage Real Estate. This is a role that is both very challenging and fulfilling.

When my husband, George and I sold the business to our son, Darin, we thought we were on the road to retirement but the passion that we both have for Heritage Real Estate (now Wiseberry Heritage) has drawn us back to the workforce. Real Estate has given us a wonderful, rewarding lifestyle that we had only imagined in our dreams, which is why we find ourselves drawn back to be a part of it all over again.

I feel that dedication and hard work are the key notes of a successful business and we are now able to enjoy the benefits of these. Wiseberry Heritage is a family team that creates long-lasting friendships whilst striving to perform our duties beyond all expectations. It is with this attitude that I along with the rest of the team start each day and find satisfaction within our roles.

Having recently purchased my third property, I now find that I have an even better understanding of what our many buyers & sellers go through each & every time a Real Estate transaction takes place. I feel it is important to not only be professional in my role as an agent, but also to carry a genuine understanding of what my clients are feeling, as they make the biggest asset decision in their lives.
Having recently married, I realise my life has to have a good balance of family and work commitments. This is reflected in my easy going personality – which often helps me achieve outstanding results! I love what I do and I love the team atmosphere that we work in, my success is just a bonus. Your happiness is my priority.

I have lived on the Central Coast my whole life, and I love the lifestyle and culture of the area.

I have always had a keen interest for a career in Real Estate, and have a lot of enthusiasm for dealing with people the “right way” which is why Wiseberry Heritage appealed to me so much. My aim is to exceed my clients expectations in every way.

In my role as a Sales Agent, I am continuously expanding my knowledge and understanding of the industry, through working with very experienced seniors and the rigid training system in place at Wiseberry Heritage.

My ambition is to buy my first home this year, and to continue increasing my property portfolio. This will not only give me a great insight into all of the aspects of buying property, but in return will give me financial security for the rest of my life.

My time at Heritage Real Estate started in October of 2005 after I had spent time on work experience here and was offered weekend work while I was completing my HSC. When the company changed names to Wiseberry Heritage I was excited to see what it had in store for the future. Once I completed my HSC I was offered full time work within the company - a decision that I am very glad I made.

At Wiseberry Heritage, we strive to satisfy 100% of our customers 100% of the time. Having worked within the Customer Care department when I first joined the team here, I have gained first hand knowledge of how important this really is.

I then took on a Personal Assistant for Darin Butcher, a role which proved to be very challenging - but very rewarding. I enjoyed being able to experience the highs of the sale process with both vendors and purchasers.

I have now taken another challenge and am currently looking after the marketing department of our company. This role has so far been very interesting, and has allowed me to gain more knowledge and experience.

My goals outside of work for the future are to travel and see as many beautiful coastlines as possible, own my own home, to always be there for my family and friends an make sure that they are always happy, and to never stop smiling - EVER!

My career with Wiseberry Heritage began in January 2001 and it didn't take long to realise that I truly enjoyed working within this team environment. My position at that time was Reception, which gave me great insight as to how the office runs so smoothly. So when the position of Office Manager became available, I was fortunate to be offered the role.

In 2004 I gave birth to my son named Riley who is now four. While I was away from the team enjoying my new role as "mum" I kept in touch as the solid relationships built here, never leave you. So when I was ready to return to the workforce in April 2006, I was overjoyed to take the Account's role.

This provides me with a great balance between work & family which I know my family very much appreciate. My husband has lived in the Noraville area all of his life so he knows the Butcher family (owners of Wiseberry Heritage) have a strong family connection, which in turn reflects on the staff they hire. We love the area we live in and envisage raising our family here. Any spare time that I have is spent enjoying time with my family and friends and if I do get extra spare time - I also love renovating.

I grew up on the Central Coast and after six years away working in and for the Australian Defence Force, within a variety of roles, from working on Navy ships to being a Personal Assistant in the Australian Defence Operations Headquarters. I believe that working with the Defence Force has given me invaluable experience that will assist me throughout the rest of my career.

My husband and I have recently moved back to the coast to live in our own home. Since moving into our own home I have been looking for the ‘right job’ on the coast so that I could stop commuting, I was lucky enough to find that job here at Wiseberry Heritage. The move to Wiseberry has involved a steep learning curve, one which has been fun and interesting. I look forward to building on the knowledge I have of the industry and helping many people achieve their goals, be it living in their own home or creating an investment portfolio.

My career in Real Estate began here at Gorokan, Heritage Real Estate - now Wiseberry Heritage. I have been with the team for many years in which I continue to learn new skills every day. My first couple of years were at the front desk as a receptionist in which I loved. Now my direction in the company has changed from receptionist to being offered a Marketing position. I find myself quite fortunate to be a part of a team that are introducing new technology to the industry to better serve our customers.

My time away from work is spent with my friends, at football on a Sunday and of course shopping. I have several goals to strive for; to live a happy and healthy lifestyle, have a successful career here at Wiseberry Heritage and to establish a property portfolio that will give me security and freedom.

I have lived on the Central Coast most of my life except for a small stint in QLD, and even though it is nice up there, nothing compares to the Coast. I have recently joined the team at Wiseberry Heritage, and I am absolutely loving it! I have had experience with Real Estate in the past through buying and selling property, but now I am involved on a much larger scale - dealing with people every day and it is fantastic to be able to see people's lives change and dreams come true - after all it is the Australian Dream.

I have 3 small children who are aged 8, 6 & 2, who keep me quite busy when I'm not working, and not to mention my awesome husband who I love spending time with.

My goal is to do the best, and be the best at everything I apply myself to. I love my life, I love my family, I love my job ( I really do love it!) We have such a fantastic team environment and everyone is so positive, and we all push each other to be the best we can and that is why we are so successful.

My belief is that you are as happy and successful as you set your mind to be, so decide today to be happy & successful!

I was born and raised in Sydney and like many of my generation first experienced the Central Coast as a holiday destination with my family. It followed that when I married, my wife and I firstly lived at Gorokan before setting up home at Forresters Beach where we raised our two daughters.

I left a career in local government property in 2007 to pursue other interests. That career extended over thirty years culminating in me holding the position of Property Portfolio Manager with Wyong Shire Council.

I have seen the coast change dramatically over the last 60 years. Through my work I have been fortunate to be involved in a lot of that change. It has given me a strong sense of community and an enjoyment of the people who live here.

I was attracted to working at Wiseberry Heritage Real Estate because I knew Darin Butcher and his family shared the same attitude about the area. It was also an opportunity to work more closely with people and to help them through the process of changing homes. The experience has already proved rewarding from both dealing with clients to being part of the very friendly, sincere and motivated team.

The Central Coast has a bright future and I look forward to sharing in it.
