In the past my husband and I have been involved in over 20 real estate sale and purchase transactions and we have never before experienced any which have been carried out with such attention to detail. The manner in which your sales and office staff advised us prior to and after each inspection by a prospective purchaser and each open for inspection day was unique and very much appreciated. We feel sure that the photographic listing in your brochure and on the internet was also of assistance in expediting the sale. We believe that your method of processing and handling the sale led to the prompt completion of the transaction and also allowed our solicitor to complete the financial and legal aspects earlier than expected. We were thinking of selling our Queensland home and moving to the Central Coast to be closer to our family.
