From the outset we found Josh Canellis and his team likeable, enthusiastic and respectful. We were always updated with feedback from inspections and Josh constantly kept in touch with prospective buyers. Josh kept his sense of humour when sometimes that was not easy, and worked very hard to get us the outcome and price that we were very happy with, putting in some crazy hours as well.
